For players born after July 31st the player may be assessed individually to keep them with their older grade level peers. The Head Coach will be responsible for the recommendation with final approval remaining with our Club’s directors. Additionally, if a player shows advanced skills but is grouped with a younger grade, they can be considered for an older team to further support their development.
