Speed, Agility & Conditioning

Birth Years: 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 (boys & girls)

     Our Speed, Agility & Conditioning series is the perfect pre-season fitness preparation for the Fall season.

     Our CUBS soccer programs introduce young soccer players to the beautiful game, in a fun and safe environment.

  • JUNIOR CUBS (birth years: 2019, 2020, 2021)
    • 9:00-9:45am
  • CUBS (birth years: 2016, 2017, 2018) 
    • 9:45-10:30am
